Usually. Mineral spotting that has etched into the glass may not fully clear, and we will tell you that before charging you for it rather than after.

Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work, as long as we can reach the windows safely. Interior cleaning needs someone there to let us in.

Light rain does not affect a proper clean. If conditions are unsafe or would wreck the result we reschedule at no charge.
