Window cleaning that lets the light in.
Hand-finished glass for homes and businesses across Norfolk County and Southwestern Ontario, inside and out.
How we work
Squeegee, cloth, and a family that checks its own work.
Dusty springs, buggy summers and salted winters are hard on Ontario glass. We work pane by pane with professional squeegees and pure-water poles, using solutions that will not hurt whatever is planted underneath.
Bright-Side is a family business. The same family that quotes your job is the one that turns up to do it, and that is the whole reason the standard does not drift from one visit to the next.
Every quote is free and specific to your property. Some people book one clean before a party. Others go spring and fall and never think about their windows again.

- Inside and out Or exterior only, whichever suits you.
- Frames, sills and tracks The details that make the whole window look finished.
- Screens washed Taken off, cleaned, and refitted properly.
- High glass handled safely Water-fed poles from the ground, ladders only where they are genuinely needed.

A rough count, or just a photo of the house. That is enough to quote from.

Look at it in the light
We walk the glass with you and sort out anything you spot.
Pricing
What changes the price.
We quote per property rather than off a chart, because two houses with the same number of windows can be very different jobs.
- How many panes Counted properly, including basement and garage windows.
- Storeys and access Second and third floors take longer, and tight landscaping slows a ladder down.
- Inside as well as out Interior work roughly doubles the time on site.
- Screens and tracks Worth adding. It is the difference between clean glass and a clean window.
- Condition Construction film, hard-water staining and years of neglect all take extra passes.
- Frequency Regular visits cost less each time, because there is less to remove.
Good to know
Questions we get asked.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Spring and fall suits most homes. Storefronts and offices usually want monthly or quarterly, because customers notice glass long before they notice anything else.
Do you clean the inside too?
If you want it. Plenty of people book exterior-only in spring, then add the insides before the holidays.
What about screens, sills and tracks?
Ask when you book. We take screens off, wash them, clean the tracks and put everything back. Torn screens can be repaired while they are already off.
What happens if it rains afterwards?
Clean glass does not spot from rain. Dirt is what causes spotting, and that is exactly what we removed. If a fresh clean gets ruined by a storm, call us.
Do you need to get inside my house?
Only for interior glass. Exterior work just needs safe access to the outside of the windows.
Are you insured?
Yes, liability coverage on every job. We can send documentation if a property manager asks for it.
