What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a service we collect what the job requires: your name, contact details, service address and a description of the work. If you contact us by phone, email or social media, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, invoice it, and follow up afterwards. With your permission we may send seasonal reminders, and you can opt out of those at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It goes only to the people and tools needed to serve you, such as our scheduling and invoicing software, or where the law requires it.
Photos
We photograph completed work for our records and portfolio. Those photos never include personal information, and we are happy to leave your property out entirely if you prefer. Just say so.
Keeping and accessing your information
Job records are kept as long as warranty, tax and insurance purposes require. You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
