- Total length of eavestrough A bungalow with a simple roofline is quick. A sprawling roof is not.
- Storeys and roof pitch Height and slope decide what ladders and footing the job needs.
- How long since the last clean Compacted debris takes far longer than a seasonal top-up.
- Trees overhead Maples and pines fill troughs faster than anything else around here.
- Downspout condition Blocked downspouts sometimes need dismantling to clear properly.
- Bundling Booked with windows or a house wash, the visit costs less overall.

Questions we get asked.
How often do gutters need cleaning?
Twice a year for most homes. Late spring once the seeds drop, and late fall once the leaves are down. Under mature trees you may want a third visit.
Do you take the debris away?
Always. It gets bagged and leaves with us, so your gardens and lawn stay clean.
Can you tell if my gutters are damaged?
Yes, and we will tell you for free. Sagging runs, loose spikes and leaking seams are all cheaper to fix while they are small.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can safely get around the house, you do not need to be there.
Do you clean gutter guards?
We can lift most guard systems, clear underneath and refit them. Tell us what you have so we can quote it properly.
