Your whole house, gently spotless.
Low-pressure washing that lifts algae, cobwebs and road film off siding and stucco without forcing water where it should not go.
Soft washing
The detergent does the work, so the pressure does not have to.
Green algae on the shaded wall, webbing under the eaves, grey road film across the front. Siding collects all of it, and blasting it off at high pressure can force water behind the boards.
Soft washing dissolves the growth instead, then rinses it away at close to garden-hose pressure. The wall comes out even from corner to corner, with nothing damaged behind it.
Bright-Side is a family business. The same family that quotes your job is the one that turns up to do it, and that is the whole reason the standard does not drift from one visit to the next.

Pricing
What changes the price.
House washing is priced on wall area and how much growth has taken hold.
- Size of the house Storeys and footprint set the baseline.
- Amount of growth Heavy algae needs longer dwell time and more product.
- Surface material Vinyl, stucco, brick and painted wood each take their own approach.
- Access Tight side-yards and heavy landscaping slow the work down.
- Add-ons Gutters, windows and soffits, if you want it all done at once.
- Frequency Yearly washes are quicker and cheaper than a five-year rescue.
Good to know
Questions we get asked.
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses force. Soft washing uses a detergent at low pressure and lets chemistry lift the dirt. Hard surfaces get pressure, anything delicate gets the soft wash.
Will it hurt my plants?
No. We use biodegradable products, wet the gardens down first, and rinse everything afterwards.
How often should a house be washed?
Every year or two keeps most siding looking new. Shaded north walls grow algae faster and may want it annually.
Will the green come back?
Eventually, since it grows in from the air. Treating it properly slows that down a lot compared to knocking it off with pressure.
Can you do the roof at the same time?
Yes. Roof cleaning uses the same gentle approach, and together it is cheaper than two visits.
Do you wash brick?
Yes, at a pressure suited to the mortar. Old mortar joints need care, and we will tell you honestly if yours do.
